Our mission
ChatBiz started with a simple observation: WhatsApp is where Nigerian businesses already talk to their customers, but most owners are answering every single message themselves - at odd hours, between other work, often too slow to catch the sale.
We set out to build something that could sit inside that same WhatsApp conversation and actually help - answering questions from a business's real product list and prices, capturing orders automatically, and only stepping aside for a human when it genuinely needs to. Not a generic chatbot bolted onto a website, but a tool shaped specifically around how Nigerian businesses already operate.
We are a small team based in Nigeria, building this for businesses we understand because we come from the same market. Every feature on this platform exists because a real business owner asked for it, ran into it, or needed it to trust us with their customers.
